Commission process
Please gather all your references ahead before filling out the form.
Once we have agreed upon the commission inquiry, an invoice will be sent to your PayPal email.
After receiving the full payment, I will start sketching.
Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin either cleaning up the sketch or start with lineart. Previews and wips will be shown during the whole process of every completed stage (sketch, color, lineart, rendering and final).
After sending multiple wips, I will send a final preview of the commission before I proceed to do final touches such as color adjustments and filters.
Once approved, I will send you the google drive's link/send email with the full resolution of the commission.
Please make sure to download the files within 1 month after the commission has been finalized.
If you have requested for an emote commission, I will send an emote preview sheet that is appropriate to post on social medias.
General note
By commissioning me, you have automatically agreed and fully understood my terms of service.
All prices are in USD.
After the invoice has been sent, you have one week to pay the invoice. If not, it will be cancelled.
I do not go by first come, first serve. I instead pick commissions that I believe my style would fit well with.
Price adjustments may happen but will not affect you if a payment has already been made or otherwise said.
I am currently a university student as well as working in real life. I am always available for messages but depending on the complexity of the order, a month AT MOST is the maximum turnaround time. Keep in mind I also rotate between working on multiple commissions at a time as well, but you are always free to request updates.
I am also dealing with pain in my upper shoulder area and neck which limits me how much I can work during the day before rest.
Delays may OCCUR during the commission progress. However, this is something I will notify beforehand.
General Terms of Service
Terms of Service may change over time.
All finished commissioned works will be sent through appropriate communication channels.
Works used for commercial purposes will have additional fees.
I have the right to decline a commission order without a reason given.
You may not copy, resell, steal, profit without license, trace my art or intentionally deceive others into making them believe my works are done by you (My works are heavily prohibited to be sold as NFTs including if you've bought commercial rights).
Commissions cannot be used for AI training.
I have the right to terminate the contract of the commission during the process if I do not feel comfortable pursuing the commission. Appropriate refund will be done.
Credit must be given appropriately when they are used. However, no need to give credit on your profile as an icon for an example though it is appreciated.
No refunds will be accepted past the sketch phase. If requesting a refund during the sketch phase, 70% of the price will be refunded.
I will use my works for my portfolio but if you would prefer me not to, please let me know ahead.
Sudden chargebacks without discussion will result in you getting permanently blacklisted. If there is anything you are unhappy with, please voice your concerns to me and I will do my best to abide them.
I use Paypal as the primary payment method and I require a full deposit of the commission unless we have discussed a split up payment. Keep in mind I can only send updates first within 2-3 days after the payment has been sent to make sure that the payment has been fully processed.
Emotes terms of service
I will provide an emote preview sheet and if you post it on social medias, I appreciate credit by tagging my handle.
I am not responsible to redo emotes that has not been approved by Twitch or YouTube.
I may split up an emote commission if the amount requested is more than 7. This is to ease my workflow.
If you are interested in using the emotes for future animations, please let me know ahead so I can prepare the PSD file though additional fees will incur.
Commercial usage + additional pricing
Emotes only include the license to be used for profit within the context of subscription of Twitch/Youtube.
To use (an) emote(s) for merchandise, you must obtain a commercial license that is 2.5x the emote price.
Artworks used for commercial purposes must obtain a commercial license from me. Such commercial purposes defines as profitable merchandise. **The fee of such will be 3x the final price. Example; 100 USD x 3 = 300 USD for the work + license in total. ** Unless noted that the commission will be used in a commercial context, I will automatically assume the commission will be for personal use.
If you request a rush order, a fee on 1.5x of the price will be added to the inquiry.
Fees where revisions are requested to be made past the sketching phase, will cost 10+ USD depending on the complexity.
